They're not really going to share 4 of the top 5 with Lolla are they? Jack White, Black Keys, and Florence have already been rumored.

05-18-2012, 11:14 AM
Maybe Florence doesn't headline?

Jake888
05-18-2012, 11:16 AM
I think Florence & Machine could very well play the 6:00 spot on the other side of the park than the 8:00 unopposed headliner. Wilco/Flaming Lips have played that spot in the past.

carligula
05-18-2012, 11:16 AM
Yeah, 3 of the top 4 (with Jack Johnson rather than Black Sabbath) would be much better than 4 of the top 5 ; )

According to this board, Lolla will always be "better".

Lolla doesn't have to cater to the Americana crowd/old people.

2/3 of the last 3 years go to ACL imo

They became a legacy act as soon as John left the second time. There's an argument that it happened before that.

i'm just ticked at the whole big reunion announcement they had last year with everyone on board, and now bill ward's out because of who knows what or why. 2 sides to every story, i guess. but it's crazy the one with cancer is still playing. at least ozzy didn't back out and they replace him with ray gillen or tony martin.
