Can I switch 3 1 day passes for a single 3 day?

I have a pass for each day, but I want to switch for a single 3 day pass so I can leave and let my dog out. Would these be possible at coustomer service tent or whatever?

You should email info@lollapalooza.com, or info@frontgatetickets.com, and maybe stop by the box office. (which opened today)

But I wouldn't count on it.

You could try buying a 3 day on the secondary market, and trying to sell your 3 individual days, but time is obviously tight.

I can tell you right now it won't happen. Last year I had a ticket error and had to stand in line at the box office opening day, the guy right in front of me was in your exact same situation, and they wouldn't let him switch his one-days for a three-day wristband.
