Eh, they'll post the Lolla Brazil and Lolla Chile lineup in a couple of weeks. There was no headliner overlap in 2011 but we got some subs and undercard from Chilepalooza. Also once Ultra 2012 lineup drops we'll know who the EDM headliner candidates are.

Alright, my guesses
Jay-Z and Kanye West vs Jane's Addiction
Kanye has played at Lolla so many times the deal would slide through faster than a hot dog in a hallway, plus a set with Jay-Z to promote the new album would be a sure thing. Jane's Addiction has a new album, and the rest is obvious.
David Guetta vs Red Hot Chili Peppers
David Guetta got ranked number 1 DJ in the world and has a strong following, so he is a very possible option. RHCP has the same policy as Kanye.
blink-182 vs Rush
Rush said they were playing a festival sometime next Summer, and if it's not Bonnaroo, this one is sure fire.
