So I might be purchasing a print-pass ticket from a friend who can no longer go. My question is does the information presented on the ticket have to match my info? ie name, license #, etc.

I agree, it does sound a bit like a 'quick fix' solution.Surely you can never be 100% absolutely certain that something won't go wrong.
